We sell about 500 tons of this product, with 20% of own production.
Broccoli is a vegetable with high nutritional value. It is a plant belonging to the Cruciferae, the same family to which they belong the cauliflower, Brussels sprouts or the romanesco.
It contains large amounts of vitamin C, vitamin E, soluble dietary fiber, folic acid, and carotene (vitamin A) beta which are important as antioxidants.
It also contains potassium and iron. Its consumption is important to help prevent cancer and cardiovascular disease.
